Candied Pecans are an excellent holiday or anytime treat or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pecans
  • 2 egg whites (whisked)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Whisk egg whites
  3. Mix sugar and cinammon
  4. Combine all ingredients in bowl, making sure that all pecans are coated.
  5. Spray baking sheet and place pecans in single layer
  6. Cook for 25 or until pecans are toasty brown
  7. Cool and eat
