Candied Pecans are an excellent holiday or anytime treat or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of pecans
- 2 egg whites (whisked)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Whisk egg whites
- Mix sugar and cinammon
- Combine all ingredients in bowl, making sure that all pecans are coated.
- Spray baking sheet and place pecans in single layer
- Cook for 25 or until pecans are toasty brown
- Cool and eat
