Delicious sweet apricot sauce baby back rib dinner.
Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 1 (16 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
- Add the ribs to a greased slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low.
