- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (12 ounces each) whole trout
- 1/2 cup margarine
- Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Coat the fish in the mixture.
- Arrange the fish into a well greased grill basket. Heat oven and open fire until flaky, basting frequently with the margarine.
