Trout grilled over an open fire.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (12 ounces each) whole trout
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Directions

  1. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Coat the fish in the mixture.
  2. Arrange the fish into a well greased grill basket. Heat oven and open fire until flaky, basting frequently with the margarine.
