To ‘swizzle’ a drink, place a long cocktail swizzle stick between your two palms and rub back and forth. Try the technique with this rum-based Campari, lime juice and bitters blend.
- 2 ounces Rum
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
- 3/4 ounce Demerara Syrup
- 1 dash Bittermens Tiki Bitters
- Mint sprig and lime wedge to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
- Vigorously swizzle the mixture for 30 seconds, garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge and then serve immediately.
