This vodka, orange and pineapple juice cocktail is a wonderful representation of the sunny, bright and easygoing state.

Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
Fill the prepared glass with ice and then add the vodka, orange juice and the grapefruit juice. Garnish the drink with the pineapple wedge and serve.
