Easy, spicy, slow cooked bean and sausage dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney or pinto beans
- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or high for 1 1/2-2 hours.
- Serve with white rice.
