- 1/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons powdered baking cocoa
- 2-3 hard peppermint candies, broken (you can use a candy cane too)
- Place all ingredients in blender and process on the "liquefy" setting until blended.
- Use 1 1/2 tablespoons with 8 ounces of boiling water.
