Simple cabbage slaw.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 1/4 cups vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Combine the vegetables together.
- Bring the oil and vinegar to a boil and mix in the sugar. Return to a boil.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage and serve.
