Slow cooked beef and vegetable soup.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stewing beef, cubed and browned
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup corn
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes, undrained
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
