Slow cooked cabbage and corned beef dish.
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 3/4 pound corned beef, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can white hominy, drained
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
