A classic gin cocktail is given an extra lift of herbal and slightly spicy essence with the addition of Benedictine and bitters.
- 1 ounce Gin
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
- dash of Bitters
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass; serve immediately.
