Potato Chip Cookies are a classic butter cookie with the crunch of potato chips. Yum!
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
- powdered sugar for dusting
Directions
- Cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat well. Gradually add flour and vanilla. Add potato chips and mix well.
- Using a teaspoon, drop the cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-7 minutes at 350 degrees F until cookies are slightly brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
