- 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
- 2 pounds fresh carrots, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pour the broth into a large sauté pan and bring to a boil.
- Place the carrots in the pan and cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter and maple syrup and cook over medium heat for an additional 5 minutes.
