Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Combine the shortening and brown sugar. Mix in the remaining ingredient. Beat until well combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
