Homemade butterscotch syrup, delicious over ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Mix together the sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cool just slightly then stir in the milk.
