This no-bake pie is absolutely delicious! Ideal for serving after a holiday dinner with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 9-inch pie crust

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, mix together brown sugar, flour, cornstarch, sugar and water over low heat.
  2. Add egg yolks; mix thoroughly.
  3. When mixture becomes thick, remove from heat.
  4. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
  6. Refrigerate pie until firm.
