Butterscotch Pecan Pie is a sweet treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1, 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • whipped cream for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, sugar and butter; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; bake 30 to 35 minutes or until outer edge of filling seems set. Let cool on wire rack. Just before serving, decorate with whipped cream rosettes.
