Butterscotch Pecan Pie is a sweet treat everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1, 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- whipped cream for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, sugar and butter; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; bake 30 to 35 minutes or until outer edge of filling seems set. Let cool on wire rack. Just before serving, decorate with whipped cream rosettes.
