Rich and sweet Butterscotch Schnapps is blended with tropical coconut rum and the sweet-tart taste of pineapple juice to give this cocktail its butterscotch lifesaver candy flavor.

Ingredients

1 part Butterscotch Schnapps
2 parts coconut rum
2 parts pineapple juice
Cherry to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the cherry, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the cherry and then serve immediately.
