Ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 8 cups hot brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- Whipped cream to garnish
Directions
- Place the butterscotch chips into a large bowl with the hot coffee, and stir until the chips have melted.
- Pour in the half-and-half and then add the sugar.
- Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved, and then pour into mugs and garnish with cream.
