A decadent coffee drink to serve your guests after the main meal, this warm and sweet concoction is its own dessert.


  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • Whipped cream to garnish


  1. Place the butterscotch chips into a large bowl with the hot coffee, and stir until the chips have melted.
  2. Pour in the half-and-half and then add the sugar.
  3. Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved, and then pour into mugs and garnish with cream.
