Creamy pineapple and buttermint salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (13 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package lime gelatin
  • 1 (10 ounce) pacakge miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (7 ounce) package soft buttermints, crushed
  • 1 (9 ounce) container Cool Whip

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the pineapple, gelatin and marshmallows. Cover and chill overnight. Stir in mints and cool whip the next day. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
