Wonderful buttermilk fish fillets.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds skinless fish fillets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- Cooking oil
Directions
- Put the fish in a shallow dish
- Marinate fish in buttermilk for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Roll fish in Bisquick mix, season to taste and fin in heated oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
