Wonderful buttermilk fish fillets.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds skinless fish fillets
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • Cooking oil

Directions

  1. Put the fish in a shallow dish
  2. Marinate fish in buttermilk for 30 minutes, turning once.
  3. Roll fish in Bisquick mix, season to taste and fin in heated oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
