Simple buttered squash, corn and broccoli side dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 (!6 ounce) pacakge broccoli florets
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen corn
Directions
- Add the butter to a large skillet. Melt. Stir in the vegetables and saute for 10-15 minutes or until tender-crisp. Season with salt if desired.
