Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Boil water.
- Remove from heat.
- combine egg white with sugar.
- Add water mix well.
- Add cream of tartar and salt to mixture and beat until creamy.
