Creamy rice and chicken dinner.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a casserole dish.
- Pour the rice into the bottom of the casserole dish. Place the chicken on top. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup. Combine the celery soup with 2 soup cans of water. Pour over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
