Don’t reserve this modernized tiki drink for the summer; instead use fall-fresh apple juice from your local orchard and enjoy an easy-going autumn cocktail.


  • 1-1/2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Bärenjäger
  • 1 ounce unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Lime wedge to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with shaved ice.
  2. Shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then pour into a tall cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the drink with the lime wedge and serve immediately.
