Kid's will love this take on eggs and toast. Vary the inside shape to keep them on their toes!
- 1 slice bread
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 1 egg
- Cut out a circle in the center of the toast using a cookie cutter.
- Place a skillet over medium heat. Spread the margarine on both sides of the bread and add to the skillet.
- Carefully break the egg into the circle cutout on the toast. Cook until egg is partially set and then flip. Continue heating until toast is browned.
