Sweet and simple slow cooked chicken leg dinner.
Ingredients
- 12-15 chicken legs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Arrange the chicken in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low.
