Sweet and simple slow cooked chicken leg dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12-15 chicken legs
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Arrange the chicken in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low.
