First invented by bartender Patrick McGarry of the Buck’s Club in London, this fresh orange juice, gin and cherry brandy champagne cocktail is ideal served with brunch.
- 2 ounces fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 ounce gin
- 1 dash cherry brandy
- Orange wedge to garnish
- Slowly build the cocktail by pouring in the orange juice, gin, cherry brandy and then topping with the champagne.
- Garnish the drink with the orange wedge and serve immediately.
