Brunch Popovers are great for breakfast and can be served with sweet jams or savory ham and bacon. Cut off the tops and fill with ice cream for a unique dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- melted butter for greasing muffin tins
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour a bit of melted butter in each muffin tin. Pour batter into muffin tins about 1/2 full.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
