 Brown Velvet Frosting is smooth and creamy and delicious on any cake.


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut, toasted


  1. Combine brown sugar, milk and margarine in a saucepan and cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Pour over cake.
