A sweetly seasoned carrot side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Drain the carrots, retaining 2 tablespoons of liquid.
  2. Combine the liquid, butter, brown sugar and ginger in a pot and heat through.
  3. Gently stir in the carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
