Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions
- Heat the fat in a skillet. Add the flour, salt and pepper and stir until brown. Stir in the cold water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
