Swiss cheese and tomato broiled trout fillets.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Directions
- Arrange the fillets in a greased casserole dish. Top with the onions and tomatoes. Broil for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and broil for 3 more minutes.
