Swiss cheese and tomato broiled trout fillets.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Arrange the fillets in a greased casserole dish. Top with the onions and tomatoes. Broil for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and broil for 3 more minutes.
