Simple low fat salmon steak dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) salmon steaks, halved
- Non-fat butter spray
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Coat each salmon steak with the butter spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the marjoram and the pepper. Arrange on a greased broiler rack. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-8 minutes. Spray with the butter, flip and sprinkle the remaining seasoning over. Broil for 5-8 more minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
