This is great served in a bread bowl.
- 4 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 red potatoes diced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Mix water, bouillon cubes, onions, potatoes and broccoli in a crock pot.
- Cook on high until broccoli is tender.
- Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
