- 2 cups broccoli, chopped and lightly steamed
- 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- Combine broccoli, eggs, onions and salad dressing in a bowl.
- Cover and chill.
- Add salad greens.
- Toss well.
