Broccoli, mushroom and red pepper pasta salad.
- 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni pasta, cooked rinsed and drained
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Mix everything together and toss well. Refrigerate. Serve with Caesar salad dressing.
