An easy to make, cheesy broccoli dip.
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 pound Mexican style Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
