Creamy broccoli cheese soup with carrot.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 pint half and half milk
- Mix everything together in a saucepan and heat over medium until hot. Reduce to a low and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
