This creamy blend of broccoli, avocado, cranberries and spices makes a luxuriously rich dip that can be enjoyed with crispy pita chips or spread onto your favorite sandwich as a condiment.

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Place the broccoli, red pepper and curry powder into a food processor and pulse to combine.
  2. Add the avocado to the processor and continue to process the mixture until smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl and then fold in the dried cranberries. Serve immediately.
