A tasty marinated beef brisket.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds brisket
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Directions

  1. In a large bowl pour the dressing over the brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Wrap the brisket in aluminum foil and place in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
