The combination of creamy Brie and crunchy cucumer make for a fresh-tasting sandwich that will please anyone.
Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber
- 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup oil and vingegar dressing
- snipped fresh dill
- butter
- 4 slices rye bread
- salad greens
Directions
- Thinly slice cucumber and toss with cheese, onions, dressing and a few pinches of weed
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and top with salad greens
- Spoon cheese mixture onto the greens
- Garnish with dill
