Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup oil and vingegar dressing
  • snipped fresh dill
  • butter
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • salad greens

Directions

  1. Thinly slice cucumber and toss with cheese, onions, dressing and a few pinches of weed
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and top with salad greens
  3. Spoon cheese mixture onto the greens
  4. Garnish with dill
