Breakfast in One Dish is made the day ahead and refrigerated overnight. 

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Layer bottom of greased 9 by 13 inch pan with bread slices, ham and cheese slices.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard and salt beating with a fork. Pour over bread layer. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until brown and eggs are set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
