Breakfast in One Dish is made the day ahead and refrigerated overnight.
- 8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices American cheese
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Layer bottom of greased 9 by 13 inch pan with bread slices, ham and cheese slices.
- Mix together eggs, milk, mustard and salt beating with a fork. Pour over bread layer. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until brown and eggs are set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
