Quick and easy breaded pork chop dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 pork chops, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
Directions
- Mix together the eggs, milk and salt. Coat the pork chop with the mixture and then dip in the cracker crumbs.
- Brown both sides of the pork chop in heated oil in a skillet. Pour in the water, cover and continue cooking until done.
