One of my favorite recipes for bread pudding.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups day old cinnamon rolls, cut up in bite size pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Place cut up cinnamon rolls in a crock pot.
  2. Combine the nutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, eggs and milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls and stir gently.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

Your recipies for Passover are made with bread? Matzah is used during this holiday and bread products are gotten rid of. Please educate those who are providing you with these recipies.
