One of my favorite recipes for bread pudding.
Ingredients
- 8 cups day old cinnamon rolls, cut up in bite size pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
- Place cut up cinnamon rolls in a crock pot.
- Combine the nutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, eggs and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add raisins.
- Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls and stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
