The Brazil Cocktail is a sherry and dry vermouth-based mixture that also combines a dash of Angostura bitters and absinthe in its blend.


  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash absinthe
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce sherry
  • Lemon zest twist to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the drink with the lemon zest twist and then serve immediately.
