A creamy and rich cocktail made by blending brandy, rum, simple syrup, vanilla extract and cream together into what tastes like a melted glass of ice cream. Delicious.

Ingredients

1 ounce brandy
1/2 ounce dark rum
2 teaspoon simple syrup
2 dashes vanilla extract
4 ounces cream
Grated nutmeg to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with shaved ice.
Shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then pour into a cocktail glass.v
Garnish the drink with some grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
