A clean and sparkling beverage made with brandy and sparkling apple juice.

Ingredients

Ice
2 ounces brandy
6 ounces sparkling apple juice, chilled
1 lemon wedge

Directions

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice and then pour in the brandy.
Top the drink with the sparkling apple juice and then squeeze in the juice from the lemon wedge.
Stir the mixture to combine then serve.
