This champagne cocktail has a bit more depth than the traditional varieties due to the addition of brandy and port.
Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce brandy
- 3/4 ounce ruby port
- 3/4 ounce orange juice
- 4 ounces Champagne
Directions
- Put the brandy, port and juice into a shaker filled with ice, and shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute and then top with the champagne.
