 This creamy cocktail is frequently served as an after-dinner drink.


  • 1 measure brandy
  • 1 measure dark crème de cacao
  • 1 measure double cream
  • Ice
  • Grated nutmeg, to decorate


  1. Place a cocktail glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Place the brandy, crème de cacao and cream into a shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with some grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
